1. Bespoke Product Notice

All internal steel doors are made-to-measure.
Once manufacturing begins, cancellation rights may be restricted under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

2. Cooling-Off Period

Where applicable, customers may cancel before production starts.

3. Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be:

• As described
• Of satisfactory quality
• Fit for purpose

If a fault occurs, we will repair, replace or refund where legally required.

4. Reporting Issues

Damage or faults must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.

5. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are processed within 14 days once approved.
